Sean Vazan is the VP of Sales at LuckyDiem, a company employing a cost-per-revenue model that helps bring people into your doors. (Oh and by the way, this episode wasn’t sponsored by LuckyDiem or anything like that. We just think they’re awesome.)
He came on this episode of Give An Ovation to share all about their convenient and successful solutions, and give other advice about how to attribute your marketing moola and survive COVID-19:
1. Try LuckyDiem
It works like this:
1) Your business is promoted on hundreds of websites and apps
2) Consumers see your offer and simply click to activate
3) Consumers link their card
4) When they use their card in your store, you make money!
It’s that simple. And you truly don’t have to pay a cent until someone patronizes your business because of LuckyDiem (their software allows for 100% attribution).
LuckyDiem also offers consumer rewards and online services, which you can learn more about here.
2. Go With The Flow Of The Customer
Sean put it this way: “Anytime you have to change the customer’s path of purchase is when you see pretty steep drop-offs.”
If you’re going to use coupons, apps, or create any other similar program, make it easy for the customer to use. If they have to follow 10 steps just to get their discount they usually won’t. Think to yourself, “Would I use this if I were a consumer?”
3. Be Visible, Be Smart
Because of the pandemic it is crucial to get your brand out there and let people know you’re still open.
Sean also discouraged spending money on an advertising channel unless you know that it’s profitable. So yes, you should be on social media, but that doesn’t mean Facebook ads should be a necessary part of your budget if they don’t work for you.
4. “This Too Shall Pass”
As a final word of advice, Sean gave the reminder that this pandemic will end eventually and things will slowly get better! Hang in there!
